Tequila Spiked Hot Chocolate Recipe
There are plenty of ways to make hot chocolate boozy, including simply throwing a dollop of Frangelico or Baileys into a cup of hot chocolate mix. This recipe for Spiked Hot Chocolate, however, kicks it up a notch.
- 2 Ounces milk
- 2 Teaspoons sugar
- 3 Ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ¼ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 Ounces tequila
- 1 stick cinnamon
Pour milk into a medium sized saucepan, and add chocolate, sugar, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon stick. Warm on low heat until chocolate is melted and the ingredients are incorporated, whisking regularly.
Remove from heat, pour into mug, add tequila, stir, and enjoy!
