Tea Rose Martini Recipe
From New Leaf Bar & Restaurant in New York City, a floral, aromatic cocktail with a slight bitter note from the house-infused Earl Grey gin.
- 3 ounces Earl Grey-infused gin
- 1 ounce St-Germain liqueur
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce rose water
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Combine gin, St-Germain, lemon juice, and rose water over ice in a shaker glass and stir. Strain and serve straight up in a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
