Sweet Potato Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pound pumpkin, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoon fresh thyme or rosemary
- 3/4 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
Directions
- In a pot, heat onions and butter or margarine for a few minutes. Reduce to low heat and add white wine. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer and cook for at least 30 minutes until the pumpkin and sweet potatoes are soft and mushy. Puree mixture in a blender.
