  • 1 Cup Frozen peas, thawed
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 Large ripe avocado, peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • Cumin and chile powder to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except spices in a bowl and mash together or place in a food processer and process until smooth. Add spices to taste and serve with crackers or pita chips.
