- 2 Cups cashews
- 1/3 Cup candied ginger, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ Teaspoon salt, plus additional for taste
Process the nuts in your food processor until completely smooth, 5 to 10 minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.
Add the candied ginger to the processor and process for another 2 minutes, or until smooth.
Add the ground ginger and salt and process for another minute.
Add more salt as needed for taste.
