Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cooked amaranth
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and well incorporated. Place in a cake pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out dry.
