Wraps are a great, healthy lunch option, and can be made in less than five minutes.
This recipe is courtesy of Ahead of Thyme.
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 3/4 Cups hummus
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 Cup spinach and mixed greens
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Spread the hummus in a long rectangle down the center of the tortilla wrap.
Layer the tomato and avocado on top of the hummus. Top with mixed greens. Season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the tortilla into a burrito shape, and cut in the middle.
