This tasty tropical smoothie uses Greek yogurt as its source of protein. Lighter on the protein count, this is a nice option for a pre-cardio day drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup frozen berries
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 4-6 Ounces Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana

Directions

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
