Summer Cup
This recipe, courtesy of Santa Margherita, combines strawberry, rhubarb, and watermelon with rosé for a light, refreshing, and totally delicious cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce lillet rose
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce strawberry and rhubarb syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 ounce watermelon juice
Directions
- Shake and strain on ice and top with 2 ounces Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with watermelon radish wheels.
