Peas are terrifically healthy. They're packed with vitamin K and B vitamins, and are naturally sweet. It may seem strange to put them in a smoothie, but they're delicious!
- 1 Cup fresh garden peas, steamed and cooled
- 1 Cup strawberries
- ¼ inch fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
- ½ Cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- ½ Cup ice
Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth.
