- 6 strawberries
- 2 mint sprigs
- 3 lime wedges
- 20 Milliliters creme de Fraise des Bois (Catron)
- 50 Milliliters Havana Club rum
- 1 Cup soda water
Muddle strawberries, mint, lime, and Creme de Fraise des Boise hard in a shaker tin. Add Havana Club 3-year-old rum and fill shaker with ice. Shake well. Double strain (through sieve) into Collins glass filled with cracked ice. Top with a splace of soda water and garnish with a spring of mint.
