Store-bought strawberry ice cream is quite delicious, but sometimes you just want a little more. Make delicious strawberry ice cream right at home with a vanilla base, strawberry jam, and strawberry chunks.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pint of whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup strawberry curd or jam
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together besides the fresh strawberries. Add to your ice cream maker and turn it on. After the machine turns off, place the mixture in a bowl and freeze for a few hours. Top with fresh chopped strawberries, and enjoy!
