Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ounce campari
  • 3/4 Ounces strawberry puree
  • prosecco such as Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore

Strawberry puree

  • strawberries
  • sugar
  • water

Directions

In a cocktail shaker,  add Campari and strawberry puree.

Shake well.

Pour contents into chilled flutes.

Top flutes with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore.

Strawberry puree

Blend equal parts of strawberry, sugar and water for puree.
