Ingredients
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 12 slices bacon, such as farmland applewood smoked or honey and maple bacon
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon applesauce
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the bacon according to package directions, then drain any excess fat. Combine the sugar and cinnamon, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Brush the melted butter on both sides of each tortilla, then coat with the cinnamon sugar on both sides.
  4. Place 3 slices of the bacon and 2 teaspoons of the applesauce on one edge of a tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in the prepared pan. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  5. Bake until the sugar mixture is bubbly, 12 to 16 minutes. Cut the tortilla roll-ups in half before serving. Serve warm.
