Star-Studded Raspberry Lemonade

This drink may not actually contain stars, but you’ll certainly feel like one sipping on it. Tart, fresh raspberries and lemon juice add a fruitiness that perfectly matches the sweet, subtle flavors of prosecco.

  • 1 bottle prosecco, preferably Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon rind, grated
  • 1 Cup mashed raspberries


In a small saucepan, combine sugar and juice, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat.

Stir in lemon rind and 1/2 cup of mashed raspberries.

Combine mixture and prosecco in pitcher.

Sprinkle remaining raspberries among the glasses.
