This oldie but goodie was a signature cocktail at the 10th Annual Jazz Age Lawn Party. It's perfect for a Roaring Twenties party.

Ingredients

2 ounce prosecco such as martini and rossi
1½ ounce french elderflower liqueur such as st. germain
2 ounce sparkling water
lemon twist for garnish

Directions

Stir ingredients in a tall highball glass, mixing completely. Garnish with a lemon twist.
