This Low-FODMAP and Gluten Free recipe from Life and Thymez promises a satisfying and repeat customer result. If you’re freezing, double the recipe and store in airtight container or Ziploc bags once cooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 Cups frozen spinach, defrosted
  • 1/4 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Pinch of pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Handcraft patties one at a time and place gently in pan. Turn over after 5 to 7 minutes and cook for another 5 to7 minutes. Serve on a fresh hamburger bun or wrapped in lettuce.
