- 1/4 Cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco
- 3/4 Cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
Combine the vinegar, dry mustard, garlic, and Tabasco in a medium bowl.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve over salad or coleslaw.
