Spiced Crab with Snow Peas


Pretzel Crisps

Use a small ice cream scoop to create a uniform size crab dollop on your delicious pretzel crisp.

  • 1 -1/2 cups fresh crab meat
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ Teaspoon paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 snow peas
  • 12 Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Pretzel Crisps
  • chives for garnish


Mix crab meat, mayonnaise and spices together in a bowl. Place one snow pea on each Pretzel Crisp. Spoon about a tablespoon of crab on top (tip: use a small ice cream scoop for uniform size). Garnish with chopped chives.
