A vibrant and delicious vodka cocktail featuring Green Chartreuse and muddled strawberries.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce vodka
3/4 ounce simple syrup
mint leaves
3/4 ounce lemon juice
2 ounce ginger beer
2 strawberries
1 ounce club soda
1/2 ounce green chartreuse

Directions

Muddle strawberries in tin. Add spirits, acids and syrups to the Boston shaker. Add ice and shake. Double strain over fresh ice into a Double Old Fashioned glass. Top with club soda and stir slightly. Garnish with mint leave.
