Looking for a delicious and healthy way to use your leftover apples? Blend them in a smoothie! This creamy smoothie is perfect as a snack or meal replacement.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 Cup rolled oats
  • 6 Ounces unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 Teaspoon honey
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 scoop smoothie powder, such as Vanilla Kura

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender in the order.

Blend until smooth.
