Ingredients

  • 1 Ounce triple sec, such as Cointreau
  • 1 Ounce blanco tequila
  • 1/2 Ounce fresh lime juice
  • Champagne
  • 3 dashes bitters, such as Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 red rose petal, for garnish

Directions

Shake triple sec, tequila, and lime juice with ice, and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Champagne and bitters. Garnish with a red rose petal.
