- 1 Ounce triple sec, such as Cointreau
- 1 Ounce blanco tequila
- 1/2 Ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes bitters, such as Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 red rose petal, for garnish
Shake triple sec, tequila, and lime juice with ice, and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Champagne and bitters. Garnish with a red rose petal.
