Spice up your New Year's toast with this simple but sophisticated cocktail. 
  • 1.25 ounce tanqueray® london dry
  • .75 ounce honey syrup
  • champagne to top
  • .75 ounce fresh lemon juice
  1. Combine Tanqueray® London Dry, lemon juice and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake. Pour into a coupe or flute glass and top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist and brandied cherry.
  2. To make honey syrup: Combine 3 parts honey and one part hot water. Stir until fully incorporated. Chill before serving.
