Southwest Layered Pumpkin Dip
Recipe Courtesy of Chi-Chi's Everyone will be pumped up about this pumpking dip. It's a refreshing mix of pumpkin, diced chilies, and Chi-Chi's salsa.

Ingredients
- 1 (15- ounce) can pumpkin
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 8 ounce sour cream
- 1 (4.25-ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- 2 tablespoon green jalapeno wheels, chopped
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
- 2 cup chunky salsa, such as chi-chi's thick & chunky salsa medium, drained
Directions
- In medium bowl, stir together pumpkin and cream cheese until well mixed. Spread mixture into 11x7-inch baking dish.
- In small bowl, stir together sour cream, jalepeños, green chilies and seasoning mix.
- Spread over pumpkin mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
- Cover; refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping, if desired.
