Recipe Courtesy of Chi-Chi's Everyone will be pumped up about this pumpking dip. It's a refreshing mix of pumpkin, diced chilies, and Chi-Chi's salsa.

Ingredients
  • 1 (15- ounce) can pumpkin
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 tablespoon green jalapeno wheels, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
  • 2 cup chunky salsa, such as chi-chi's thick & chunky salsa medium, drained
Directions
  1. In medium bowl, stir together pumpkin and cream cheese until well mixed. Spread mixture into 11x7-inch baking dish.
  2. In small bowl, stir together sour cream, jalepeños, green chilies and seasoning mix.
  3. Spread over pumpkin mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
  4. Cover; refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping, if desired.
