Ingredients

2 ounce rum, preferably mount gay eclipse
4 ounce ginger beer
1 teaspoon activated charcoal
1 grapefruit, carved out

Directions

Mix rum and activated charcoal in a glass with ice.
Strain into carved out grapefruit and top with ginger beer.
