Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 5 ounce brut champagne
  • 1 pink lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounce gin
  • splash of club soda
  • sage leaves, to garnish
  • 2 lemon twists, to garnish
Directions
  1. Pour elderflower liqueur into a Champagne flute. Fill the remainder of the glass with Champagne.
  2. Combine the pink lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top with a splash of club soda.
  3. Pour equal parts of both drinks into a Champagne flute. Stir gently with a bar spoon and allow to settle. Pour the remaining mixes into a second Champagne flute, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with sage and a lemon twist.
