“This bubbly marriage of floral elderberry liqueur, dry champagne, gin and tangy citrus bring a whole new meaning to love at first sight. The slightly rosy hue of the pink lemon makes this cocktail perfect for any blushing bride to sip on her big day.” – Trisha Antonsen, chief cocktail officer at Drizly.com.

Pour elderflower liqueur into a Champagne flute. Fill the remainder of the glass with Champagne.
Combine the pink lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top with a splash of club soda.
Pour equal parts of both drinks into a Champagne flute. Stir gently with a bar spoon and allow to settle. Pour the remaining mixes into a second Champagne flute, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with sage and a lemon twist.
