Snow & Company is an artful frozen cocktail bar in Kansas City, Mo. Famous for their unique frozen cocktails which are made from scratch, they offer up their frozen Manhattan (or as they like to call it, the Rockefeller) for an amazing Fourth of July celebration!

Ingredients
  • 2.5 ounce old overhold rye whiskey
  • 3 cherries
  • 2.5 ounce old overholt rye whiskey infused with cherries
  • 1 ounce cinzano sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 teaspoon angostura bitters
  • 6 ounce water
  • 2.5 ounce simple syrup
Directions
  1. Use 1 cherry for every ounce of whiskey used (in this case 3). Let sit in airtight container for at least 72 hours.
  2. All you need to make these frozen cocktails at home is a metal sided bowl, or container, and a freezer.
  3. Combine ingredients in the bowl and pop it in the freezer
  4. Remove every 10-15 minutes and stir until it reaches a slush-like consistency, you can even place your cocktail mix in an ice cream or gelato machine if you want to get fancy!
