- 3/4 Cups buttermilk
- 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Cooking spray
- 4 miniature Snickers bars, chopped
Combine the buttermilk and heavy cream in a medium-sized bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. Combine all of the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the egg and butter into the milk mixture. Pour the flour mix into the wet ingredients and whisk until the lumps are gone.
Heat a large skillet over a medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the skillet, and top each with 1 chopped miniature Snickers bar. Then cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
