- ¼ cup coconut water
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup cup frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup pineapple
Directions
- Place the coconut water, then the softest fruit, on the bottom of the blender. Layer the heavier and firmer items on top. Blend until smooth.
