Sneaky Chef Strawberry Short Shake


A rich and creamy way to start the morning without worrying about disarray in the kitchen.


  • 1/2 Cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 Cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 Cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 8 strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • Handful of ice, if not using frozen strawberries
  • 2 whole-grain mini waffles, toasted


In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the waffles. Blend until smooth.Pour into tall glasses. Make a small cut in each waffle and hang off the side of each glass.

Serve with straws and top with dash of whipped cream, if desired.
