- 1/2 Cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 Cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 Cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
- 8 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- Handful of ice, if not using frozen strawberries
- 2 whole-grain mini waffles, toasted
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the waffles. Blend until smooth.Pour into tall glasses. Make a small cut in each waffle and hang off the side of each glass.
Serve with straws and top with dash of whipped cream, if desired.
