Baileys Original Irish Cream

Ingredients

For the zested orange crème:

  • 1 Ounce heavy cream
  • 1/2 Ounce simple syrup
  • 2 large orange zests

For the cocktail:

  • 3/4 Ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1/4 Ounce Italian bitters, such as Campari
  • 1 3/4 Ounce freshly brewed coffee
  • 3/4 Ounces Irish cream, such as Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 Ounce zested orange crème
  • Grated orange zest, for garnish

Directions

For the zested orange crème:

Combine heavy cream, simple syrup, and orange zests in a chilled cocktail shaker.

Shake well into whipped cream consistency.

For the cocktail:

Combine Irish whiskey, Campari, and coffee in a footed coffee mug and stir.

Pour in Baileys Original Irish Cream. Top with zested orange crème. Garnish with grated orange zest.
