A delicious slow cooker egg recipe featuring Almond Breeze milk.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs, well beaten
- 6 links, precooked turkey breakfast sausage, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup blue diamond original unsweetened almond breeze
Directions
- Spray the container of a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Beat eggs, Almond Breeze, flour, and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until eggs are set in the center.
