- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 16 Ounces strawberries, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- Whipped cream, for serving
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Lay puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Turn up the edges of pastry all the way round.
Spread the sliced strawberries evenly over the pastry.
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey. Brush the strawberries with the mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the pastry is lightly browned.
Serve with freshly whipped cream.
