Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pound strawberries, with the tops cut off
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup sugar

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Refrigerate mixer for 1 hour.

Churn and freeze in an ice cream maker as per manufacturer’s instructions.
