Ingredients
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as chives, cilantro, parsley, and/or basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3-5 cucumbers, preferably english or persian, sliced
  • 1 loaf french bread, sliced
Directions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon or an electric mixer until combined. (An electric mixer will create a light, fluffy dip, and mixing by hand will create a denser mixture, but both are delicious.)
  2. Use flower-shaped cookie cutters (or other fun shape) to cut the cucumber slices. Spread the herbed cream cheese on the bread and top with the cucumber slices.
