- 14 Ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 12 Ounces butterscotch chips
- 4 Ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 Teaspoon butter
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Combine condensed milk, butterscotch chips, and white chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish and cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut and serve.
