Looking to be Instagram-famous this St. Patrick’s Day? This over-the-top sundae will certainly do the trick.

Ingredients

Step 1: Ice Cream

Step 2: Baileys Irish Whiskey Chocolate Sauce

  • 240 Grams cocoa powder
  • 1035 Grams water
  • 500 Grams sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 200 Grams chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup Baileys

Step 3: Green Velvet Cupcake

  • 4 eggs
  • 600 Grams sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 542 Grams oil
  • 61 Grams cocoa powder
  • 72 Grams cake flour
  • 2 Cups buttermilk
  • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 Teaspoons baking soda
  • Green food dye

Directions

Step 1: Ice Cream

Choose your favorite mint and Oreo ice cream and place in the bowl.

Step 2: Baileys Irish Whiskey Chocolate Sauce

Whisk cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and water together.

Bring to a boil whisking constantly.

Take off the heat and whisk in the chocolate.

Whisk in the Baileys.

Cool.

Drizzle the chocolate sauce on top of the ice cream.

Step 3: Green Velvet Cupcake

In a stand mixer, paddle eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.

Stream in oil.

In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder and flour in separate bowl.

Alternatively add dry ingredients and buttermilk, scraping in between.

Whisk lemon juice and baking soda together and add to the batter.

Add as much green color to the cupcakes as you like. Don't forget to add a little yellow to make them really pop!

Bake into cupcake pans with paper. Place the green velvet cupcake on top of the ice cream.

Step 4: Chocolate Pot of Gold with Gold Coins

Place hardened chocolate in the shape of a bowl on top of the cupcake, fill with your favorite gold candy.

Step 5: Sugar Cookies

Add green sugar cookies to the sides of the dessert.

Step 5: Toppings

Sprinkle Lucky Charms or your other favorite candy throughout the dessert.

Step 6: Enjoy!
