Just in time for the Chinese New Year, the Scarlet Snake cocktail is made by Jessamine McLellan, the lead bartender at Hakkasan.

Ingredients

  • 4 raspberries, muddled
  • 1/2 Ounce light simple syrup
  • 1/2 egg white
  • 3/4 Ounces Campari
  • 3/4 Ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Ounce London dry gin
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters, to garnish

Directions

Combine ingredients. Shake and double-strain into a coupe, garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters.
