“N.F.C. stands for nuts, fruits, and cheese,” explains Sarah Haley, a lifestyle expert and creator of The Daily Sweat workouts. “Because I pretty much just throw it together with whatever ingredients I have in my house. Plus, with those ingredients I hit a lot of the major food groups.”
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- Fill a big bowl with your favorite greens
- 1 Cup nuts
- 1 Cup dried fruit
- 1/2 Cup shredded cheese
Whisk together all of the ingredients and set aside.
Toss together the salad ingredients and drizzle the dressing on the salad just before serving.
