Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • fill a big bowl with your favorite greens
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Toss together the salad ingredients and drizzle the dressing on the salad just before serving.
