- 1 1/2 Ounce tequila, preferably Tequila Don Julio Blanco
- 6 Ounces fresh-pressed watermelon juice (seasoned with black pepper)
- 1/2 Ounce fresh lemon juice
- Lemon zest and watermelon, for garnish
Combine tequila, seasoned watermelon juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain liquid over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon zest and watermelon.
