- 6 Cups Rice Chex
- 1 1/4 Cup Samoas cookies, chopped
- 1 Cup caramel sauce
- 1/3 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Teaspoons fleur de sel
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the caramel sauce and Rice Chex. Fold in the Samoas. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, and allow to cool. Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler. Drizzle the chocolate over the chex mix, and sprinkle with the fleur de sel before serving.
