Ingredients
- 10 medium sized, peeled, cleaned, beets
- box of morton® kosher salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
- Rinse beets in olive oil.
- Cover beets in kosher salt on all sides.
- Layber the bottom of a baking pan with kosher salt. Place beets in pan. Cook for 1 hour.
