Ingredients

  • 10 Medium sized, peeled, cleaned, beets
  • box of Morton® Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven at 450 degrees.

Rinse beets in olive oil.

Cover beets in kosher salt on all sides.

Layber the bottom of a baking pan with kosher salt. Place beets in pan. Cook for 1 hour.
