Salt Crusted Beets
Ingredients
  • 10 medium sized, peeled, cleaned, beets
  • box of mortonĀ® kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
  2. Rinse beets in olive oil.
  3. Cover beets in kosher salt on all sides.
  4. Layber the bottom of a baking pan with kosher salt. Place beets in pan. Cook for 1 hour.
