S’mores Fudge

Try this S’mores Fudge recipe

All the great taste of your favorite campfire treat packed into one fudge recipe. We suggest torching the marshmallows under the broiler quickly before adding them to the fudge for a light, smoky flavored fudge.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 Ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Cup mini marshmallows, torched to your liking
  • 1/2 Cup graham cracker, crushed

Directions

Line an 8-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a medium pan, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk, and stir over medium heat while the chocolate melts. Once melted and smooth, remove from the heat and stir in the marshmallows and graham crackers. Pour the chocolate mixture into a pan. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
