S’more Chocolate Chip Cookies
The s’more is a well loved dessert traditionally made up of three simple ingredients — graham crackers, toasted marshmallows, and melted chocolate bars. This version of the ooey gooey campfire delight is courtesy of Andrea Correale of Elegant Affairs.
- 1 1/2 Cup flour
- 3/4 Cups brown sugar
- 3/4 Cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Pound butter
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup chocolate pieces
- 64 mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine flour, graham crackers, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Cream butter and sugars until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Stir in chocolate pieces.
Drop 2-ounce balls of cookie dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove cookie sheet from oven and quickly press marshmallows and chocolate pieces into each cookie.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes or until marshmallows are brown.
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
