Created at Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, this quacamole is a trade secret and now you can make it in the comfort of your own home!

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1/2 cilantro bunch
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 Ounce lime juice
  • salt to taste


For serving: Tortilla chips dusted with Tajín, available for order online, or make a mix of your own by mixing equal parts crystalized lime, ancho chile powder, and salt with cayenne pepper to taste
