  • 5 handfuls spinach leaves
  • 3 apples, cored and chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, plus more to taste
  • 1 Cup chilled water or coconut water
  • 1/2 banana (optional)
  • Fish oil supplement (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients together in a blender and purée until smooth. Add more liquid as required to reach desired consistency. Serve over ice.
