Ingredients
- 2 ounce silver tequila, such as patrón silver
- 1/2 ounce patrón citrónge lime
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce ginger syrup
- jalapeño oil
- rose petal sea salt
- 1 dash of rose water
- jalapeño pepper, sliced, garnish
- rose petal, garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for rose water and sea salt, into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has been half-rimmed with rose sea salt.
- Top off with a dash of rose water.
- Garnish with a slice of jalapeño pepper on top of a rose petal.
