A sparking, sweet red rosé is the perfect drink for any The Bachelor watch party. For this week’s final rose ceremony, kick your wine up a notch with this simple and perfectly bold cocktail.This recipe is courtesy of Banfi.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce patrón silver
  • 1/2 ounce patrón citronge lime
  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce ginger syrup
  • 1 bar spoon jalapeño oil
  • 1 dash of rose water
  • rose petal sea salt
  • rose petal, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except rose water and sea salt in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe that has been half-rimmed with rose sea salt. Top with a dash of rose water.
  3. Garnish with a rose petal, if available.
