Whether you're of the opinion that Roger Sterling is a bit of a nut or not, we all know that this is one man who knows how to party — and make a stiff drink. OK, maybe Don does too...  Here, a recipe from Tabasco that celebrates all things Roger Sterling.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, preferably tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup lightly salted cashews
  • 2 cup oven-toasted rice cereal squares
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat (or microwave in a large glass bowl). Stir in the hot sauce, chili powder, and salt until combined. Stir in the cashews and cereal squares until well mixed.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto a large cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until the mixture is toasted, stirring occasionally.
